I know so many guys will deny this, but there are some of us that watch Telemundo and Zeeworld. When I say some of us, I do not mean I am one of you (wetin I de talk sef). Well, I am trying to say that I don’t watch these channels.

Now don’t get it twisted, I like the Indians. I work with some of them and have actually dated one of their finest, Kareena Kapoor. (oh! We was such a lovely couple). Anyway, that is not the topic for today. I just want to talk about men that watch Zeeworld.

The Indians are beautiful no doubt, but I still can’t understand how a man will sit down and watch Zeeworld. I tried it yesterday and nearly went mad. I had to drink one Black bullet and cold Origin to get my head in order. I mean, the actings are so bad especially as those that translate the dialogues to English makes it so… so… (oh my gosh!) so childish that it appears they are joking with someone’s head.

I am not saying the Indians are terrible in acting, far from that. I was so moved and nearly cried when I watched ‘We are Family’ (Na lie). I have seen at least two more Indian films that I enjoyed (I never watch reach 5 of their films shaa), but the dramas in Zeeworld are not just it. They are a big turn off for me. The stories are bad, the acting are bader and the dialogue (in English) are the baddest part of it. (if I hear say anybody wan correct my grammar eh)!

Anyway, why do we even have Zeeworld in our Televisions? What happened to local stories? Why do we have to watch Indians and their poor Stories? (no be all their story poor, but the ones for Zeeworld de vex me). I know say some women go say I no sabi anything. No true shaa. One man meat na another man kpomo, but what I am trying to suggest is that we have better stories that can keep us all busy.

I no be politician, so I no fit talk politics, but I believe say some people de use our head. Why do we depend on foreigners for everything even common entertainment? Who say entertainment na common thing? Abeg I Don tire! Till another day. But before I go, make I promise una say e go better. One day, I hope to have a hundred million Nigerians watching high quality TV contents made for Nigerians by Nigerians in Nigeria.

No vex for my style of writing, I no been too sabi book when I de small.

Abeg, I been forget wetin make me start to de write this poor post. I typed Nollywood and my Phone Auto-correct changed it to Bollywood and the thing vex me wella.
